Paddy Warwick Profile
Paddy qualified from the University of Bath in England, with a BSc (Hons) in Sport and Exercise Science* and has since combined a professional rugby career with working as a private personal trainer in Australia, England, Italy and now the Côte d'Azur, France. Paddy is a high-level sportsman, having played rugby for Ireland under-21s and competed internationally in athletics (over 400metres). He currently plays rugby semi-professionally for Nice Rugby Côte d'Azur.
Subsequently, Paddy has gained a wealth of personal training experience and uses numerous training methods to keep sessions enjoyable and ensure that everyone achieves their maximum potential and individual fitness goals. These methods include; kettlebells; boxing and kickboxing; circuit and strength training; plyometric and athletic conditioning; triathlon training (swimming, cycling and running); yoga, pilates and swiss ball training.
Paddy trains clients in his fitness studio in Mougins old town and offers an in-home personal training service; training clients in the comfort of their own home, at their work place or location of choice (such as the park or beach). Paddy is available for one-to-one personal training from Mougins to Monaco and also offers group training sessions and women-only Bootcamps. Sessions are predominantly in English; however Paddy can also deliver sessions in French and Italian.
