Prior to your first personal training session, a FREE INITIAL CONSULTATION is provided, which includes the following: 1. Physical testing (including height, weight, body fat %, body muscle %, body water %, body mass index [BMI], resting pulse rate- also cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, muscular strength/ endurance, power, balance testing, if required) 2. Goal setting 3. Evaluation and appraisal 4. Customised exercise programmes (upon commencement of personal training) and nutrition plans, if required.
Rates

Packages
NB: When training more than twice per week, session lengths may be slightly shortened in order to optimize training efficiency and avoid ‘burnout’.
