After your initial consultation, Paddy will design you a programme using a variety of disciplines to achieve your agreed goals and cater to your preferences.
Paddy’s knowledge base of training methods is very extensive and your training can be as varied or as focused as you like – the whole process being thoroughly planned, yet constantly evolving. However, Paddy’s particular expertise include Strength Training, Endurance Training, Core Strength and Stretch Therapy and Weight Management/ Body Composition change.
