Paddy Warwick’s Women Only Bootcamp has been a huge success since starting in January 2011. Hence, there are 5 more Bootcamps planned for 2012: 3 in Mougins-Valbonne and 2 in Monaco.


Upon completion of Paddy Warwick Bootcamp, you can look forward to the following results:

Paddy Warwick Bootcamp welcomes women of all fitness levels and ages, providing a total-body workout (each session is one hour) combining :


  • Boxing (pad work, non-contact).
  • Circuit Training.
  • Obstacle Courses and Fun Cardio.
  • Core Strength work.
  • Strength Training/ Body Sculpting.
  • Flexibility (mix of pilates, yoga and sports-stretching).

Paddy Warwick Bootcamp is not a ‘get-down-and-give-me-twenty’ military style bootcamp (although there may be elements of that!). It is a fun, friendly fitness programme designed uniquely for women to progressively challenge themselves.

 

Paddy Warwick Bootcamp includes :


  • 18 Boot Camp Sessions (this is a maximum number of sessions. If you can’t make one or two sessions, that is no problem. You attend as many as you can).
  • 3 Physical Assessment Sessions.
  • Full Nutritional Support (Including a 6 week diet plan).
  • Supplementary Exercise Programme; (to include one optional light intensity exercise session you can complete on your own, to accelerate your results).
